Sub.: Auditor’s report on the accounts of Jamia
Islamia Ashraful Ulum & Atim
Khana for the year 2010-2011.
We have audited the annexed receipts and payments
(Income and Expenditure) accounts of Jamia Islamia Ashraful Ulum & Atim
Khana for the year 2010-2011.
We report that :
a) We have obtained all the information’s
explanations which we have required.
b) In our opinion the annexed receipts &
payments accounts have been drawn up in conformity with the generally accepted
auditing standards.
c) Such receipts and payments exhibits a true
fair view of statement of saffairs according to our best information of even
sate given to us and as and as shown by the books of the accounts of the
organization.
d) In our
opinion the books of accounts to the organization have kept as per normal
practice.
1.0 KNOWLEDGE IS THE GIFT OF ALLAH :
It was
advised (directed) in the holy Quran. ‘Those who are wise and illiterate can
never be equal’ Knowledge is a special gifted mercy and kind given by
mercilessly Allah Ta’ala. Those who are gifted this special gift, they are the
lucky person both in earthly and heavenly life. Man has to become the fight
attitude from cordially to earn this knowledge or special mercy of Allah as
well a sit has to pray cordially the kind and co-operation of Allah from heart and
for this reason it has to follow a way process and medium. One can wish to earn
this special mercy named Allah gifted/light of knowledge if it can be possible
to make co-ordination with all the following subject/quality.
This massage can not be denied that
fundamental knowledge is to accept the knowledge of Quran and Hadith with the
knowledge of Quran and Hadith Imiohi knowledge as well as giving agreement
about the necessary of continuous dodern knowledge which is earnestly needed.
Spiritual development, forming personal character. With no doubt duty for
religion (fardj of Islam) practicing including with t safe the religion and
faith of Islam with practical way as well as it has to earn practical and
Islamic knowledge to make approximately the way of leading life. As the
religion can never be denied so the world also not be denied. S both kinds of
knowledge is very essential. It has to take decision to earn Islamic knowledge
after being this impotency. The duty of taking such decision is the duty of
you, as and alls. We, you, our sons and daughter have to take such decision. It
has to take for our bright future. Let us we become attitude about overall
welfare and success of our sons & daughters. Today we can choice a
beautiful and promised institution to build a beautiful life for them.
2.0 MASSAGE :
This age is
age of competition the modern touch with super structure planning is more
forming then all the past area in all sector. Educational institution is not
free. Regarding this the management has taken a long term project to follow the
thoughtful planning perfect and formative frocess after making co-ordination
with the name of ‘Jamia Islamia Ashraful
Ulum Goalchamot, Faridpur. Alhamdulillah. The Madrasha is situated at the Angina Bridge.
There is a Hindu temple within 10 meters
of the Madrasha. There is a Christian Church on the east of the Madrasha. The
total land area of the Madrash is 200 decimals.

3.00 AIMS & OBJECTS :
The tender
children of today will be trader of tomorrow. To memories this fundamental
truth approval curriculum of Islami education and formative text course of
dodern education is co-ordinate then will be build all the children as the
character of developed behaviour qualified Islami leader, qualified citizen of
future overall, will be build as skilled follower of Islam and in all the sector
their fundamental aims and objects is to make successful person with the
satisfaction of Allah and faithfulness of Prophet Hazrat Muhamad (Sa).
4.00 BRANCH :
The institution of affirm
determination establish long term project in future, the activities of the
institution is commenced in three branches at the starting period.
4.01 NURANI KINDER GARTEN/PRIMARY LEVEL :
The whole
Quran Sharif is taught as partly memorized including with correct pronunciation
means Nazcra Khatom in modern way as well as all the subject of general
education of this lord from appropriate class in two years education of this
group. Nursery activities, teaching as practice how to do prayer, important
masnum Doa (Prayer) and memories 40 formatting Hadish including with practical
training of prayer is taught. There is good system to teach primary Bangla,
Arabic & English subjects.
4.02 SECTION : (HIFJ)
This
section is three years term education of primary Madrasa & modern teaching
including with memorized Holy Quran in Saudi lehan system.
4.03 KITAB SECTION :
There are
many gifted students that finish Hifz before the three years largest. In this
group the student who have recently memorized (hifjol0 Quran, one year standard
Jamayoti Mijan till class eight is given with special curriculum in this course
and from Jamayati Taisir to Darul Hadis. As well as there is an opportunity to
learn how to speak in Arabic and English including ICT training?

CONSTRUCTION :
It is decided by the board of resolution that 05
(five) storied building should be made and primarily s sum of Tk. 40,00,000/- (forty
millions) is already has been spent to complete the 1 (stored) building.
10.00 BUDGET :
A sum of Tk.- 80,00,000/- (Eighty millions) is very
essential to complete the 5 (five) storied building, loan repayment and to cover the
other necessary expenditures of the budget for the 2010-2011 (1 UK
pound = 92 Bangladeshi Tk)
11.00 REMARKS :
For kind attention to all the expatriate muslim
brothers, it is requested to provide all financial assistance for implement the
budget and adjustment the loan balance.
